The Company Is Responsible For Only Those Services Which Are Charged From The Guest. All Other Services Which Are Not Paid By The Guest To The Company Are Suggested Services And Company Is Nowhere Bound To Provide That Service Or Pay The Cost For The Same.

Unavoidable Circumstances

If Due To Reasons Beyond Our Control Like Riots, Flood, Political Unrest, Strikes , Accidents Or Any Other Natural Or Man-Made Calamities, The Program Of The Tour Has To Be Changed Or Extended, The Additional Expenditure For The Same Will Have To Be Borne By The Passengers. As If Any Passengers, Has To Leave The Tour Mid-Way, Due To Any Reasons Like Death Of Relative, Or Illness Or Any Other Reasons, There Shall Be No Refund For The Remaining Portion Of The Tour

Reservation Policy

Confirmation Of The Packages Is Subject To Receipt Of 100% Payment; 60 % Of The Payment As Advance And Balance On Or Before 14 Days Of The Tour Date. In Cases When The Trip Is Booked Only Within 14 Days Of Tour Date 100% Of The Payment Has To Be Made While Booking.

Cancellation Policy

• Within 30 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages / Hotel Booking / Transportation: No retention.
• Within 15 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages / Hotel Booking / Transportation: 40% retention of tour cost.
• Within 7 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages / Hotel Booking / Transportation: 75% Retention of tour cost
• Within 4 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages / Hotel Booking / Transportation: 100% Retention of tour cost.
